Photopolymere plates, to be developed in water, are made in Japan ; they allow to combine an excellent quality with a minimal impact on the environment. We sell Osram lamps UV-EXP units for the exposition of those plates.
Those who opt for this technique appreciate very much the easy preparation of those plates, the wide range of lighting effects, the treatment with clean ordinary water without any further product and the speed of the development. On top, the excellent printing possibilities, the correct transfer of the ink and the precision of the details. The Tok solar plates are resistant to all inks based on oil such as JS litho, JS Gutenberg etching, Charbonnel, Graphic Chem. Etc. However, inks containing alcohol are strictly excluded for this technique.
