The 2003 dryer is characterised by a combination of cobalt and manganese dryers: cobalt speeds drying of the ink film surface, while manganese works in layers. This product therefore produces optimum drying time for every aspect of the ink film, if no more than 2 or 3 percent of the product is added to the ink.
It should be noted that adding larger amounts in no way improve the drying process; a dryer in its pure state does not dry at all. This dryer mixes Manganese (2 parts) and Cobalt (1 part).
